What is YOUR Motivation?

Motivation:

According to Wikipedia ( the online free encyclopedia),  Motivation is defined as the driving force in which we achieve our goals.  If that is the case, then the question must be asked:  "What is YOUR Motivation?"  What is your personal driving force?  It will certainly vary for each of us.

Motivation is the root cause for why we do what we do, and why we want to change, succeed or even just get out of bed each morning.  It may not seem like it, but each of us gets up in the morning with specific goals in which we want to achieve.  What motivates us to complete and strive for these?

If you haven't taken a moment to sit and think about this yet, I encourage you to do so.  Take out a sheet of paper and make of list of all the things, people, situations, etc. that motivate you to make the decisions you make.  Ask yourself, how you incorporate your motivating factors into your job search, work performance, etc.

You will be surprised at how basic motivating factors can be.  With that said, learn to identify and leverage these factors in your daily goals and be your own leader.

Remember, It is never too late to create the climate of change.
