Emergency Winter Shelter

Do you know of an individual or family that needs a warm place to sleep?  Please make sure to spread the word...The Emergency Winter Shelter will be open starting today, November 15th, 2012 and will operate until March 15th, 2013.

The Shelter is happy to inform you that it will now accept families with children ages 10 and under.



Emergency Van pick-up points operate daily from 8pm to Midnight at the following locations:

• 1st & Iron
• Central & Alcazar
• Central & Wyoming (under the HillSon's sign)
• Central & Eubank (under the Home Depot sign)
• Central & Juan Tabo (Northeast corner)
• Central & Tramway (next to the United Artist sign)
• Central & Parsifl (in the parking lot)
• Central & Wisconsin (under the stop sign)
• Central & Louisiana (in front of the Fairgrounds)
• Central & Truman (corner of the parking lot)
• Central & Dartmouth (in front of the substation)
• Central & Sunset Drive (in the vacant lot)
• Central & Coors (behind the bus stop)
