St. Martin's Hospitality Center, which has been providing the homeless and near-homeless with resources, opportunities and hope for over 25 years, is currently seeking to fill two open positions:Certified Nurse Practitioner - Part-time position (3 days per week), New Mexico licensed to diagnose and prescribe psychiatric medicines at the downtown center. Responsible for monitoring client treatment; providing medical assessment and treatment; team education & training; development, maintenance and supervision of medication. Background check required.
Housing Coordinator - Full-time position, responsible for SMHC housing funds (motel vouchers, leases, shelter plus care, supportive housing); overseeing SMHC apartments and San Pablo housing. Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel within the state of New Mexico. An undergraduate degree in related field is a plus; relevant experience may be substituted for degree. Must have excellent administrative skills. Property management experience and knowledge of low income tax credits a plus.
