The Customer Advocate will work in a call center environment assisting members and physicians by responding to telephone and written inquiries in a prompt, accurate and objective manner.
This job requires:
- A High School Diploma or GED
- At least 6 months of customer service experience
- Data entry and/or typing experience
- Interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Analytic, organizational and independent decision-making skills
- Ability to spend approximately 90% of one's shift on the phone and sit for long periods of time (scheduled breaks included)
