- At least one year of experience in an office setting using telephones and computers.
- One year of healthcare claims experience preferred.
- A high school diploma or GED or 10 years of equivalent working experience.
- Ability to multi-task and remain focused.
- Ability to learn multiple products, benefit levels and complex computer system applications.
