Employer News

SL Start invites Albuquerque's employers to participate in the
New Mexico Works Career Link program!

Be a mentor to someone that
can use your guidance

The Career Link program aims to give TANF recipients the opportunity to gain experience in the workforce while increasing their income, skills and confidence.  By becoming a Career Link job site, the employer can take advantage of having extra help for 20 hours per week and may also find the perfect fit for an open position!

The Career Link program is based on the values of integrity, safety & health, quality service and maintaining a positive working environment and professional business practices.  If you feel you can provide guidance in these areas to someone in need, we encourage you to participate in this unique and enriching program!

For more information, please contact one of the
Career Link Coordinators:
Lisa LaMont: 505-730-5423
Chris Garcia: 505-385-5330

*These services are provided through contracts with the New Mexico State Human Services Department and SL Start.
