The New Mexico Small Business Development Center is offering an informative, free workshop regarding the procurement of government contracts:
"Certifications for Federal Government Contracts"

Track I (1pm-2:15pm):
- Procurement Technical Assistance Program overview
- Veterans Affairs Certifications
- US SBA HUBZone Program overview
- NEDA Business Consultants funded by the US Department of Commerce, Minority Business Development Agency
Track II (2:30pm-4pm):
A detailed explanation of the SBA's 8(a) Program including the award of federal contracts. SBA acts as the prime contractor and offers sole source and competitive contracts to minorities and other disadvantaged business owners.
Separate tracks are being offered in order to better budget your time...please feel free to attend one or both.
