Riverstone Residential Group is holding a recruiting event to hire a Maintenance Tech, Painter and Leasing Consultants
The company will be in our office RECRUITING on Tuesday, August 12th, 2014. Orientation sessions will be held at 10am, 1pm and 3pm. Make sure you are on time, dressed appropriately and have a current resume (preferably on a USB flash drive).
INTERVIEWS will take place on Wednesday, August 13th, and job offers will be made to the selected candidates on Thursday, August 14th.
All events will be held at 501 Mountain Road NE in Albuquerque.
Requirements:
The Maintenance Tech will schedule, monitor and/or perform preventative maintenance and apartment turnovers. Must be able to diagnose problems and direct and/or make repairs to HVAC, electrical, plumbing and swimming pool systems in addition to carpentry, dry wall, exterior structure and appliances. Excellent customer service towards all tenants is expected. On-call and emergency maintenance work required. Pay range is $11-13/hour.
The Painter will be responsible for interior painting of apartments. Pay rate is $13.50/hour.
Multiple Leasing Consultant positions are available. These positions involve showing potential residents the apartments and property amenities and sharing the advantages or choosing Riverstone as a new home. Excellent customer service and a polished, professional demeanor is expected. Pay rate is $11.50/hour plus bonuses and opportunity for advancement.
