Crossroads for Women is seeking an independently licensed individual to supervise the therapeutic programming. The position requires both clinical and administrative proficiency. Candidates will be considered who demonstrate a working knowledge and experience with clinical issues pertaining to addiction and mental health, are trauma informed and have strengths and experience in the areas of harm reduction, homelessness, incarceration and gender-specific "street" activity. Candidates must have supervisory, group facilitation and individual therapy experience.This is a full-time position with a salary of $55-$60k, depending on years of experience and level of education (a Masters of Doctorate is required in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work or related field).
