Kemtah, a leader in hospital information technology services, is currently hiring 50 Service Desk Technicians. These are full-time positions for a 45-day project with a possibility for an extended contract. Kemtah recruiters will be conducting preliminary screening and qualified candidates will be asked to complete online assessments and undergo in-depth interviews at the event.
The right candidates will be able to handle inbound IT support calls, troubleshoot IT incidents over the phone, have a familiarity with ticket-tracking systems and have a strong knowledge of Windows-based PC operations and hardware and software applications. Individuals with IT certifications and troubleshooting experience are encouraged to apply.
