Great Livin' LLC was founded by Matt Poel and Steven Nadolny. Great Livin’ began providing Supported Living services to people on the New Mexico Medicaid Developmental Disability and Mi Via Waiver programs in August 2008. As a Residential Coach, you are directly involved with the individual and are responsible for assisting each person to learn new skills and to maintain a supportive environment based on their individualized values and culture. It is the role of the Residential Coach to encourage increased independence and community inclusion based on the desires and individual plans of the persons served.
