Claim Jumper restaurant is opening in December and hiring NOW.The new Claim Jumper restaurant is set to open at 5001 Jefferson, just off of I-25 where Landry's Seafood was located. The restaurant has undergone a large remodel and renovation since last September and is is set to re-open in December.
