Important Notice

Are you currently unemployed?

Were you laid off on or after January 1st, 2008?

Have you collected unemployment benefits for 22 weeks or more (weeks do not have to be consecutive) or have you exhausted your benefits?

If you answered YES to these questions, employers may be able to receive a salary reimbursement* for hiring you.

EMPLOYERS: Please email your contact information to Business@WCCNM.org with the subject line "Hiring" if you are interested in learning how to collect a reimbursement for hiring an eligible applicant.

*Salary reimbursements are federally funded through the National Emergency Grant (NEG), which is administered by the Department of Workforce Solutions and the Mid-Region Council of Governments.
